Families with children birth through age-4 years that have health needs in Linn County.
What services do we offer?
A Public Health Nurse with special training will help families by:
• weighing, measuring and graphing your infant’s growth progress
• informing you when immunizations are due
• screening your baby’s hearing and vision
• finding and advocating for services and supporting parents in times of stress
• discussing nutrition and feeding progress; WIC recertification
Eligible families can have home visit services up to their baby’s 5th birthday.
