This FREE one-night workshop, taught by Al Krug, will help adults understand their youth as a growing person, including developmental changes that they’re going through that may be challenging. Best for families with children ages 13-18 years old.

Adults will be offered practical ways to:

• encourage positive behavior
• manage challenging behavior
• promote strong adult-teen relationships
• improve communication skills
• reduce family stress
• practice positive parenting skills
