Supporting parents in Oregon's Linn and Benton Counties
An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until May 31, 2022
Do you want to stress less and have more fun as a parent? In this class, local families of children school-aged to teenagers (ages 10-18) will explore ways to Make Parenting a Pleasure. Learn how to take care of yourself during the demands of parenting and ways to talk and interact better with your family. Learn techniques for disciplining and guiding your school-aged children in a positive way. Free on-site child care. Free dinner at 5:30 pm. This 10 week class is offered in partnership with Strengthening Rural Families, Linn-Benton Community College, and Parenting Success Network, with funding provided by Oregon Department of Human Services.
