Here for all families.

The Parenting Success Network connects Linn, Benton, and Lincoln County families to a collective of amazing community organizations that share a common vision of enhancing the well-being of children, parents, and caregivers. Together, our goal is to support healthy, happy families by providing educational programs and support services that enhance the skills of all parents and caregivers. Parenting can be challenging, but it’s always easier with support. We are here to build “the village” that all families need to be at their best.

What we do

Parenting Success Network community partners unite and support families from all walks of life. Together, we offer diverse opportunities to build your parenting/caregiving toolkit, including a variety of parent-only classes (in-person and virtual), parent-and-child classes, skill-building workshops, fun family engagement events, parenting book clubs, and parent support groups. Most of our offerings are free, and many include dinner or snacks, integrated child care, and free materials or tools! Many partners within our coalition also offer wraparound services for families, including home visitation programs, financial literacy support, parent and family coaching, health screenings, and more. We and our coalition partners also provide trainings and information about best-practices related to parenting.

Our mission and impact

Each year, we work hard to leverage collaborations with community partners in an effort to encourage and enable all families in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln County, Oregon, to engage in quality parenting education and social experiences that broaden and support their parenting skillset, knowledge, mental health, social circle, and access to helpful and supportive resources. You can view our annual impact in our annual site reports here. We love to serve our three counties!

About our primary grantor

The Oregon Parenting Education Collaborative (OPEC), our primary granting organization, was established out of Oregon State University in 2010 and partners with multiple foundations to connect families in Oregon and Siskiyou County to high-quality, accessible, culturally-relevant parenting resources and programs. OPEC also supports Hubs and parenting educators like ours with evaluation, technical assistance, and continuing professional development. OPEC works to create a strong community of practice, connectivity, and support for all of us working in parenting education and is a national forerunner of research and support in this area—plus, they’re wonderful to work with! For more information about OPEC and/or its awesome professional development trainings and opportunities, please visit health.oregonstate.edu/opec. And OPEC, if you’re listening, thanks again for cheering us on.
